Andy Van Heuit

Software engineering is, to me, the way to leverage my skill with language and logic to effect the most possible positive change in the world at large. In the past, I've worked to put reagents and cutting-edge instruments in the hands of scientists and to ensure the CA Department of Fish and Wildlife fire response personnel have fueled vehicles with which to fight wildfires like those in 2018-19, and it's intersections like these, between technology and progress, protection, or both that inspire me.
